We are looking for a dynamic accounting assistant to strengthen our client's finance department in Landskrona. We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has an eye for detail!

About the role

Are you a structured and energetic accounting assistant? At Lavori, we are now seeking a dedicated employee for our client in Landskrona who is passionate about finance. You will play a central role in managing their financial processes, and your attention to detail will be crucial for success.

As an accounting assistant, you will have varied tasks where the main responsibilities include:

• Reconciliation of balance accounts and ongoing bookkeeping
• Preparation of intercompany invoices
• Booking of intercompany transactions
• Reporting of AGI, VAT, and withdrawal tax.

You may also work with quarterly reconciliations of fee-bound costs and costs for maintenance agreements. Additionally, your tasks may include filing documents for personnel records, contract administration, and administration of invoice handling.

The assignment is a consulting role expected to last for 2 years, where you can choose to be employed by Lavori or invoice through your own company.

The client's current need is 50% of a full-time position, corresponding to about 20 hours per week and approximately 80 hours per month. The need for working hours is distributed as follows:

• Week 1 of each month includes 40 hours. The remaining approximately 40 hours are evenly distributed over the other weeks of the respective month.
